Section 7.2 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) requires Owners to notify the Board of Directors in writing if their Lot will not be Owner Occupied. This form fulfills that requirement. By submitting this form, the owner acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. I acknowledge that my unit has been Owner Occupied for a minimum of two (2) years prior to leasing
2. My unit will not be rented for transient or hotel purposes including AirBnB, VRBO, or other leasing sites
3. Lease Requirements
   The lease will be in written form.
   The lease will require compliance with the Declaration and Rules & Regulations.
   The lease will state that failure to comply is a default.
   The Board will have authority to terminate the lease or bring eviction proceedings if default is not cured within 30 days.
   A true, correct, and complete copy of the signed lease will be provided to the Board within 10 days of execution.
